Where is Bistro North located?
Bistro North is located at 270 Dillon Ridge Road in Dillon, Colorado, just minutes from Lake Dillon and the amphitheater, in the City Market shopping plaza.
Do you have parking available?
Yes. Free parking is available in the Dillon Ridge Shopping Center lot directly in front of the restaurant.
Do I need a reservation at Bistro North?
Reservations are encouraged but not required. Walk-ins are accepted as space allows. You can reserve here on our website on the Reservations tab.
Does Bistro North have vegan or gluten-free options?
Yes. We offer several gluten-free and vegan dishes, including seasonal salads and entrées. Our staff can guide you through the menu to find options that suit your diet.
Do you serve brunch?
Bistro North serves brunch on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m, and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Our brunch menu includes both classic and modern options, along with mimosas and specialty cocktails.
How often does the menu change?
We update our menu twice a year to showcase fresh, local ingredients and new chef-inspired dishes.
Do you offer kids’ menus?
Yes. We offer kids' dishes that include steak, salmon, chicken, pasta, and burgers.
Can I bring my own wine, and is there a corkage fee?
No. In compliance with Colorado liquor laws, outside alcohol is not permitted. All alcohol must be purchased through the restaurant.
Do you take large party reservations?
Yes. We accept large party reservations and special event bookings throughout the year. Contact us directly through the Private Party page to discuss group sizes, menu options, and availability.
Do you allow dogs on the patio?
Well-behaved dogs are welcome on our outdoor patio during the summer season.
